📸 How It Works

Thank you for your interest in becoming a TrendHavenz model! After purchasing, you will receive instructions on how to submit your application. Here's the process:

1. Purchase this listing — your $20 fee covers your application review.
2. Submit your photo & application — you will receive an email with a link to submit a clear photo of yourself along with basic information (name, age, location, social media handles).
3. Application Review — our team will review your submission within 3–5 business days.
4. Decision Notification — you will be contacted via email with our decision. Not all applicants will be accepted.
5. Onboarding — accepted models will receive further instructions and begin working with TrendHavenz.

📋 MODEL AGREEMENT & CONTRACT

By completing this purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms:

1. Application Fee

The $20 application fee is non-refundable. Payment does not guarantee acceptance into the TrendHavenz model program.

2. Commission-Based Compensation

All models are compensated on a commission basis only. There is no guaranteed base pay or salary. Models earn a percentage of sales generated through their promotion of TrendHavenz products. Commission rates will be outlined upon acceptance and are subject to change with notice.

3. Code of Conduct

• Models must represent TrendHavenz in a professional and positive manner at all times.
• No offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content may be associated with the TrendHavenz brand.
• Models must disclose their affiliation with TrendHavenz in all sponsored or promotional content as required by FTC guidelines.
• Models may not work with direct competitors of TrendHavenz without prior written approval.

4. Content Rights

Any photos, videos, or content created in collaboration with TrendHavenz may be used by TrendHavenz for marketing and promotional purposes across all platforms.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the model agreement at any time with written notice. TrendHavenz reserves the right to remove any model from the program for violation of these terms.

6. Agreement

By purchasing this listing, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older (or have parental/guardian consent), and that you agree to all terms stated above.
