Refund policy

At TrendHavenz, we want every customer to feel confident shopping with us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Once your return is approved and the product is received, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. A small 2% processing fee is deducted from all refunds to cover handling and restocking costs. Items damaged by the customer, final‑sale items, and certain pet consumables are not eligible for return.
