At PawsomeGoodz, we work hard to ensure your pet supplies arrive safely and on time. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the supplier fulfilling your order, but most packages arrive within 7–15 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please note that delays caused by carriers, customs, or high‑volume seasons are outside our control. Incorrect addresses provided by the customer may result in delivery issues or additional fees. PawsomeGoodz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
